Authorize the leasing of approx. 350± sq. ft. of space at the South Norwalk Train Station (outbound side) to Hanging Tough LLC, for the purpose of operating a retail shop for coffee, and grab and go food items for a period 10 years with one (1) lessee options to extend the term for five (5) years, rent to be negotiated and approved by the Park Norwalk Board.

Approve Tucker Mechanical, Inc. as the sole source vendor for Building Management System (BMS) maintenance, technical support, and future BMS upgrades and expansions for the various City buildings, subject to applicable City purchasing requirements, annual appropriations, and separate authorization of individual projects.
